Broken Property

We are all guilty of neglecting our home, so why do we do it ???    Time and money are the two main benefactors of letting our home dilapidate around us, not realising we are doing it.  Very often by the time we do recognise a potential problem, it's too late for a simple repair, leading to more expensive repairs that most peoples budgets can't cover, then its left until finances are available to complete what was a cheap and easy job in the first place...... Now tell us thats not frustrating,  so what do we do...??

Buying a property to live in, its your home and investment so invest

Buying to Let a property, is still an investment to make income so invest

Renting a property, even though not owning it is still your home so let your landlord know of issues so they can keep the property in great order after all they would be foolish to NOT address and keep their investment in tip top condition.
